Resort nannies are available at Beaches Resorts. With locations in Jamaica and Turks & Caicos, it is the ultimate family beach vacation where parents and kids can enjoy a getaway of their own.
To ensure that Mom and Dad have the chance to spend some quality adult-time together, it is imperative that their children are having fun in a safe environment. Beaches Resorts has partnered with Parents in a Pinch, Inc., to design and implement a comprehensive education program for its Nannies, supervising children day and night. Upon graduation, each Nanny receives the distinction of “Childcare Specialist,” which is recognized by Florida State University and the International Nanny Association.
“We are delighted that Barbara Marcus, owner of Parents in a Pinch, Inc., and her team are offering their expertise to our resort nannies on an ongoing basis,” said Adam Stewart, CEO of Sandals and Beaches Resorts. “We take the level of childcare offered at Beaches Kids Camps and evening nanny service very seriously and feel that this certification process sets us apart.”
The Beaches childcare training program is dedicated to providing a stimulating, age-appropriate and safe environment for its tiny guests. It is divided into three phases – Infants and Toddlers, Preschool and Grade School, and Special Needs. Within each phase, three topics are covered including Health and Safety (safety concerns for each age group, basic choking emergencies); Child Development (social-emotional growth and development, child-friendly environments, children in group settings: the shy child, the aggressive child, separation anxiety, icebreakers, non-competitive games); and Modeling and Supervision on site (interacting with parents, dealing with difficult situations, conflict resolution, scheduling activities, group activity suggestions).
A great peace of mine option at these all inclusive family resorts.
